Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, your website can be taken offline and/or development may be ceased. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellation by e-mail is accepted, if confirmed received by NBLExpress.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will not be given on payments already received by NBLExpress.
What if I don’t like any of the designs?
Bespoke designs can be provided through our hire a designer service or our main site www.nextbigleap.com
What if I want a feature that is not in the add-on section?
Features not included as part of the services offered by NBLExpress can be discussed through our main website www.nextbigleap.com
Can I change the design/template after my website has been developed and/or sent live?
Choice of design will be confirmed during stage 2 of the ‘How We Work’ process. Once agreed the design may not be changed. However, by choosing our ‘Hire a Website Developer’ option at any time, you may change the design.
Who will write the content for my website?
The content of the website must be supplied by the client as a Microsoft Word Document. NBLExpress will apply the content provided on an ‘as is’ basis. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the grammar, relevance, spellings etc is correct. NBLExpress will allow one opportunity for content amendments to be made, after which the ‘Hire a Website Developer’ option will need to be chosen.
How can I make the most of the content I put on my website?
Choosing our copywriting option means the content you submit will be looked at by a copywriting expert, who will ensure the content contains the relevant keywords and phrases. This will help with your search engine ranking.
How do I add my own content?
You may add, edit or delete your own content if you have chosen to purchase a Content Management System.
How do I add images/pictures to my website?
There are two ways images/pictures may be added to your website.
Option 1 – Use the Image Optimisation service. Images/pictures may be provided in the following formats: png, gif or jpeg. NBLExpress will add the images/pictures to your website and ensure they are optimised for fast image download and are set to be viewed in the correct size and proportions.
Option 2 – Purchasing a Content Management System will allow you to add, edit and delete images/pictures by yourself at anytime.
Who will own the website?
The website will belong to NBLExpress until full payment is received and cleared, at which point full ownership will be transferred to the client.
How can I pay?
Payment may be made by Paypal, BACS or cheque. Payment will need to be cleared before work will begin on your website, ownership of the website will only be transferred to the client once the final payment has been cleared.
When do I have to pay?
You will be asked to make a 50% payment of the total cost upon confirmation of your website requirements. Design and development work will only begin once the payment has cleared. The final (50%) payment will be required before your website is sent live.
Can I change the colour/move things around on my chosen design?
Yes, this may be done by choosing the ‘Hire a Website Developer’ service at any time.
Can I use my own hosting company?
Yes, assuming the server is compatible. We reserve the right to charge up to £100 to cover and time spent configuring the new environment.
